Although a new user of Live Agent I am amazed at the features included in this system. I was up and running literally in minutes for 2 different brands. Andrej, the support rep. who helped me along through the signup process and with my initial questions was awesome. I seriously look forward to the amount of time LA is going to me save me with running our customer support...not to mention having everything from social accounts to ecom integrated to 1 app instead of 10.
