As an IT Manager who has used a few different types of ticket management applications to help keep track of employees and client needs, LiveAgent is great! The labels and organization features once setup make it easy to see what type of issues users are having. Which also help if you need to run reports on a history of a problem. My employees also think the software is easy to use not only from the computer it from an iPhone or an iPad. This accessibility makes it easy to keep up with the tickets while in the field. Overall I cannot say enough how happy I am with LiveAgent and that I would definitely recommend it as a Help Desk ticket tracking software.
