In the past we have used our own customers support system and other third party solutions. We moved to LiveAgent after hearing good things about it. It was quick to implement, easy to set-up and very flexible for choosing how many agents we use at anyone time. We're able to answer user tech support question very quickly with LiveAgent. It's proved to be a great tool for communicating with our user base.
