We found benefits to include improved maintenance operations, adhering to regulatory compliance standards, and controlling our maintenance costs. Maxpanda also has easy-to-use features, such as reduced data entry redundancy, equipment hierarchy, ability to drag and drop, and point and click items, and mobile solutions designed for specific maintenance roles. Another benefit of Maxpanda is that its a true SaaS deployment scenario which greatly reduces IT time and expense as there are no servers or licenses to buy and maintain. Users can also monitor safety management practices including Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) or other safe work practices in a work order. Also supports Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) programs, where users can enter safety incident data without a work order, track hazardous material spill response and activity, and providing employee fit-to-work information that links to an employee’s records.
