Zenefits is extremely user friendly. Our employees use it with no errors and we have changed our processes because of how well Zenefits works. Payroll was a nightmare to say the least--this feature needs a lot of work. I would also like to be able to have my managers be able to utilize the performance management platform--which currently they cannot unless I give Admin rights (which we do not want to do)
