I like the ease of use of the product and being able to submit requests for time off, and how the requests are automatically sent to your supervisor and therefore the process time is expedited and you get a response much faster! Also, I like the fact that you get a lot of your HR benefits, time-off requests, paycheck and other info. all in one location and you do not have to email your HR representative every time you have a question because you have more access to your personal employee profile. Nothing yet. We just started using the product this year. I would check out Zenefits and check out a trial. Zenefits is relatively new to the playing field, but it is a strong competitor and we were able to initiate the application when there was a free offer.
