Pros: It is very intuitive, easy to use and it has a great modern interface, it works on all devices, it´s easy to integrate with other systems, it is GDPR compliant Cons: I can´t think of anything specific, maybe it could have a more advanced way of connecting competencies to different generic job titles. Overall: easy course admin, easy access to performance scores, digitally stored notes from performance dialogues etc
