The tech support at Cloud 9 was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. The gentleman logged into my computer so I could watch the necessary changes to allow for my computer to access the site and file. Very helpful and didn't rush me to get off the phone and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. Great group of people to work with.
