I want to thank team cyber hosting for the outstanding job they did helping me with my account which was recently hacked.The sites were so screwed up that Cybex Hosting support could not do a simple restore. They showed me how to use FTP to re-install WordPress, while keeping some critical files BUT deleting the plugins folder so I could Re-install some fresh, updated plugins. They totally saved years of hard work on 4 sites! Amazing!
