I run some fairly heavy Drupal applications on NaxHost. They always keep you up-to-date on upgrades or any predicted downtime. Haven't encountered any problems with NaxHost so far. Support tickets get responded to very quickly and I am notified of any changes being made to their servers every time. Many questions I have had have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. For once I do not have anything negative to say in a review. Keep up the good work.
