We export paper, which has its unique accounting quirks. The aACE staff was the only vendor we spoke to that was willing to prove it could accommodate these needs. The other 6 vendors we spoke to all kept saying that their system could handle thousands of companies, and do so many things, but not what we specifically needed. I also felt from the start that aACE wanted us as a customer. They returned and still return phone calls and emails, 6 1/2 years later. As our staff has changed over the years, we have had no trouble teaching new people how to use the system. It reduced the time needed to enter an order from hours to minutes. All transactions are easy and quick to enter.
