Pros: Gradelink has all the features necessary for school administration. It is easy to use. The tutorials are clear. Tech support is fabulous. Gradelink is also constantly surveying its users to see what features to add. The company is very responsive to customer needs. Cons: It could add another level of customization to data reports. Overall: We cut our administrative software costs by 65% with switching to Gradelink. We cut our headaches associated with administrative software by 100%!
