Pros: Most modules and workflows are customisable. Users find it easy and intuitive. Developers and support personnel take users requirements and expectations into account. Cons: The compliance module is quite rigid e.g. limitations to what can be put in and is cumbersome to use and navigate e.g. library and assignment.
