I would characterize the design process as a very positive experience. The Yourwebsite team was responsive, creative and helpful. They did a great job of taking the design work out of my hands, and the client (owner of a small therapy practice) is beyond thrilled with the new look and functionality. From start to finish, the site was launched in about six weeks for a price that small businesses on a tight budget can handle.
