I like that it is simple, fast and easy to use, I am the one who closes the PO's and other people in my company create them when ordering goods. It’s easy to train and show people how to use it. The approving process is simple, very easy to create PO simple steps, select who you want to approve it e.g. your managers etc. and options to select how many. I really like it for its simplicity and it does the job.
