We went live with Adaptive Planning in 7 weeks 12 months ago. Since then, we've been through 3 cycles of rolling driver based plans with full buy-in from the business each time. Not only is Adaptive Planning a great planning product but with integrated BI & Financial consolidation we can get full access to the CPM stack, delivering 360 degree value to the business. The product is backed up by extensive training and support at levels I've never seen before. My experience of most software vendors is that once a customer you’re forgotten about. Not so with Adaptive Planning, they’re with you every step on your journey. It’s a cliché but you really do feel like a partner.
