I love that it is an easy way to provide the board packet to the board. It is great that several people in our organization can help contribute to the packet by uploading documents themselves. It has helped with security since I know that no one can download or print sensitive data and have it saved on their personal computer or leave it on their desk or counter. It also is great to be able to copy a past meeting agenda so that it doesn't have to be rebuilt each time. This has increased our efficiency in compiling the packet for the board.
