"BigTime is fast, comprehensive and is never down in service." What do you like best? Our company has been using BigTime since I started working here over 4 years ago. The first day I started, I was taught how to use it, and learned within a short 10 minutes. Since then, it has never let me or our company down to submit our timesheets in an orderly fashion. One time I worked from home and had issues logging into BigTime online. I had to submit my timesheet as they needed to be approved by the next day. I called into the live phone call rep and he got through to a real person right away. What problems are you solving with the product? I just like how easy it is to use and how fast you can log you daily hours at close of business each day. I never have to fumble with daily notes on what I worked on because the drop-down menus make it super easy to log my hours every day. I work on a lot of different projects so it makes me charging my time vert east and quick.
