The ccTLD domain I wanted was available, but I did not satisfy the location requirements. I had to submit some documents in order to be approved. 101 helped me with this entire process and provided a trustee service to ensure I had a local presence. I can also speak to their hosting which is very inexpensive, and includes free Let’s Encrypt certs.
