"Reliable and robust staff monitoring solution" Pros: Clear, concise instructions make it easy to work without conflicting with antivirius Feature rich. Great for monitoring activities but reporting is also excellent Easy to mange, monitor and install Cons: None really. Only thing to consider is that it runs on Linux but this is also a big plus as it works reliably. Works out of the box 2 with the simple install from ISO. Support team is also very helpful if you need it Overall: Excellent overall product that works better than other products I have used. Easy to rollout and manage
