“Good, funtional option for organizations” Overall: It is a good fit for our organization and our board members like have easy access to different documents such as monthly financials and budgets without having to email someone every month. Pros: Easy and functional software to use for multiple meetings and users. You can pull the agendas forward and not need to recreate new agendas every month. The ability to contact users within the portal is nice - reminders are a great feature. Cons: Privacy within users and meetings could be better. There needs to be a level between administrator and user. Need to have the ability to save documents you use in meetings every month within the system so you don't have to upload each time.
