I used this app for awhile and it was fine at first, but they decrease your max without warning. I did everything right. My bank account was always positive, I tipped regularly, and I had the balance shield turned on, but none of that mattered. They decreased it anyway. Customer service is a joke. You can never get a straight answer from these people, and the GPS tracking for work was never accurate. Some days it would say I didn't work when I was clearly at work so I would upload a timesheet for them to verify and it would never get verified. It's good for in a pinch, but never for long term use. I don't trust it and I never liked the idea of them having so much of my personal info and bank info. Seems shady. I'm glad my account is closed and I will never use them again. Good riddance!
