In the last couple of months almost all of my staff started to come in late, so I finally decided to get a monitoring program for my office to boost up the productivity a little. As a small business owner, for me the cost is the priority, that's why I decided to try free programs first, and then maybe get a paid one. In addition, I am not very 'computer savvy'. I found CleverControl to be very simple and very inexpensive to use. I can check on my employees in the office even remotely from my home, which is a big advantage. Also the program is very useful - the very moment I announced that we will have this kind of system installed, the discipline went right up. With all the features, that are included in the free version, I found out that a lot of working time my employees spent on personal business, like visiting YouTube or Facebook, while also managing to do their work well.
