I have used Cyberhost pro for many years now and two aspects of this company impress me greatly. First, customer service is very good. On the few occasions where I have raised a support ticket response has been fast and efficient and has ensured that the issue was resolved - even when this was non-trivial. Second, the underlying servers for my hosting package have been upgraded through time without my requesting it or at any additional cost to myself. Very good!
