I have spoken to a number of different people at Cyber Host Pro, always friendly and able to help with the issues. Server has only had 1 issue in the past 12 months when the Datacenter had a power outage. Which was quickly fixed! I've used many server companies but I like Cyber Host Pro they are always there to help. Even Chris the owner speaks on live chat support too!
