Apart from the few cloud down-times on server upgrades (really just one or 2 per year to make their cloud service better faster and more secure) nothing to complain about. Very fast and reliable support, one of the few live chats I know of who actually resolve your issues on the spot. Been with them for several years now, and they offer the best servers and support I've come across so far with a personalized approach.
