I have held an account with CHP for well over 8 years and not once have I ever thought about moving to someone else. The key thing for me is performance and reliability. On the very rare occasion where a problem has occurred (noone can provide a 100% service in this day and age with new threats happening all the time) I was kept informed, had minimal, if any downtime and have never lost anything. You can't ask for better than that and I'm proud to be a customer of a company that takes pride in it's service, proactively ironing out potential future issues before they affect the customers. Many other hosts (and I've experienced a few in the past) tend to just let things tick along and react to issues as they occur, which almost certainly results in unneccessary downtime. Cyber Host Pro nip the potential issues in the bud before they get to that stage. Although competitively priced and by no means expensive, there are several other cheaper hosts out there, but they are clearly cheaper for a reason and as with most things in life you get what you pay for. Sure, you can buy supermarket value teabags but I find that they leave a nasty after taste in your mouth. Better to pay just that little bit extra and get a cuppa you can enjoy. If Cyber Host Pro were a teabag they would certainly be a popular and tasty household brand. And after over 8 years of continued service, I am still to get a bitter after taste. To me, that says a lot and I can't imagine myself ever looking elsewhere for my hosting requirements.
