We have been hosting our web site with EZPZ for several years now and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Their support team in particular have always been very responsive and knowledgeable, both before and after the takeover and/or the migration to a virtualized environment. Whether it involves recovering from incompatible plugins, restoring backups or advice on the correct hosting package, the assistance they've provided has always been spot on.
