Webline services use to be a good hosting with basic features and fair pricing. Lately their customer support become abismal. Same people, but their response time is too slow. I have a couple of technical problems and they did not give me a serious response in one week, just vague replies, no help at all. Webline went from good to incompetent, risking my business because they are not reliable anymore. I am searching for a new hosting company now, and when I ask for a partial refund their answer was "no refunds on anual payments". Not a good service, can't recommend anymore.
