I have moved to Hostforlife from another host 3 years ago. Reason for moving was the other host had terrible support. These guys simply take to another level. Every single instance I had where I needed support with my websites they have been very fast and always helpful. They are very knowledgeable and well trained and know what they are talking about. They don't just point you in the right direction, they help you solve the problem pretty much immediately. Their ticket system has always been very fast and they responded within an hour. Their features are fantastic too for shared hosting such as their staging environment where you can work on your sites before going live. I'm self taught and not a pro but their systems are very easy to understand and handle if you need a hand. I'm super happy with their hosting.
