I have just sent this email to the company Your investigation is not very thorough as it excludes calls made by staff using mobile phones. Your staff said it was not possible to change a user email address but then backed down when challenged. We understand the issues of staffing during COVID 19 but not the cancelation of long overdue meetings with nil notice. I would say your sales staff misrepresented the product. Your technical staff failed to return calls and were unhelpful The Quality of “leads” was extremely poor. I have some sympathy here because of COVID 19 but to put forward leads where the “client” had not been spoken to is wrong. The only saving grace was customer service who did their best. The amount involved is not large. You have made your decision. I think you are wrong and will post my views on social media as a warning to others.
