Well I've been with them a month and so far: Blacklisted SMTP server caused me horrendous issues with customers unable to email me and this wen on for weeks. Ended up moving that domain elsewhere and it's fine now. Server has now been down for over a day. Checked with support, terribly sorry, DDOS attack, it will be back shortly. That was 7 hours ago. Moving all sites elsewhere. I would stay away from these people their reliability is shocking.
