How long have you been using our products/services?: 14 years What are the main benefits you receive from using our products/services?: Customer service Which feature do you like most about the Webxloo product?: Integration capabilities How would you best describe Webxloo support?: Excellent support staff. It was an adjustment to get used to the time difference as the support staff is in Ukraine. However, once we got in rhythm it became very easy for me. I can give instructions for changes today and wake up in the morning and they are completed. How can we better improve our products and services?: I think the addition to the web chat room completed anything I could possibly need.
