My students/interns are getting an amazing reflection of their strengths and competencies in creative problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration. Checkster is providing real time impact and an understanding that can be transferred to the real world immediately. As an institute built on training higher education students in the need and impact of 21st century essential skills, it can be difficult to understand the whys and whats of such skills since they tend to live outside of the academic domains. Checkster is giving language and direction to everyone involved that provided great tools for reflection
