“Jatheon made my job easier” Overall: My overall experience has been excellent. I check on the system once a month to make sure there's no issues. Pros: I'm a one man shop for a small to mid size company. We had an email archiving system that had a lot of moving parts and was not very user friendly. Needless to say I didn't have a lot of confidence in it and more important I had to spend a lot of time I didn't have on it. After going to Jatheon life got much easier. At the time we went with Jatheon we had an on-premise email server. The setup was very easy and the system is very user friendly. I've been using Jatheon for over 6 years now and ive had only a couple issues which their support was very responsive. About three years ago we went to O365 and the switchover with regards to Jatheon was a breeze. Cons: To be honest and I cannot say this about all the applications i have but i don't have any cons.
