The request go to the candidates directly. The system lets you know if one or more of the references used the exact same access point to do the review to avoid fraud. Very specific in the questions asked. I used to dislike not being able to send the review directly to some supervisors but Checkster took care of that. It takes a lot of pressure from the hiring authority. All of our Principals love it!
