Excellent Customer Service. Really appreciate the minimum amount of time taken to resolve the issue. I bought a DNS Subscription package instead of Domain Registration. They immediately processed my refund and gave credits which allowed me to buy a new domain. The point to be noted is that the agent was online the entire process until my domain was registered completely.
