Where to start! I thought I had a great deal and service with my previous hosting provider until we need their tech support for multiple key and crucial fixes to our business and found out that they simply didn't care. It's no surprise when a company is part of a bigger parent organisation. I decided it was time to move on. I heard about Birch from a friend. When I saw the packages and price I realised I wasn't getting a good deal with my previous provider. Still being unsure still about Birch but having faith with my friend's recommendation, I decided to migrate everything. I can't believe how quick, efficient, friendly, welcome and most importantly knowledgeable Greg and his team are. I've never witnessed such amazing customer service in my life. These guys really care and go beyond providing instructions. In a couple of cases, they have literally fixed our issues when they shouldn't have too. We have a developer and he was thanking Greg for his quick super insight to rescuing us when our payment system went down and was effecting our business. I can't ever image leaving Birch Hosting and if you are just starting out online, don't go anywhere else unless you want the headache of substandard customer service.
