As Managed Service Provider that supports a variety of business sizes and verticals, Sagenext has been our go to platform for hosted QuickBooks and Sage applications for several years. They are very competitive on price, easy for our end users to use and self-service, and we have never experienced any downtime with the platform. Whenever we have needed to engage support (rarely), they are very quick and responsive. Our account exec, Jason McKanzy, makes it easy to right-size the solution for differing customer needs and onboard new clients quickly. He is very proactive with communications and follow-ups and easy to work with. Overall I consider Sagenext an excellent value for the dollar and would highly recommend to others looking for an easy and effective hosting solution for their customers or their own internal needs.
