I was applying for a job. I have clients from my 24 year old company that are disabled. This reference software is not user friendly for disabled folks. Especially the ones who use Jaws or Magic. I was told by the company that did not hire me that Checkster never sees the References. They would not tell me anything and Checkster could not tell me anything either. I do know that the form was refusing to allow people (my disabled clients) to submit the form unless they answered questions designed to say bad things about the applicant. My clients are not fake references and when you give the folks letters that are HIPPA protected they do not have the right to insist on another form of reference.
