We were very happy to find TMetric after trying dozens of time tracking apps. TMetric simply works, and is easy to set up and use. No big learning curve. The canned stats and reports (without customizing anything) are all you'll need to run your company, track productivity, and improve your processes. It also runs on everything: OSX, iOS, Android, and Windows. With mobile and browser integration as well it's a win! We highly recommend this solution.
