"Improved service and customer satisfaction" What do you like best? Syncro has allowed us to automate some time consuming tasks when initially setting up a client. At the same time, it makes sure that our clients stay in the loop about every step and makes it easy to lodge any support ticket. It has also integrated our branding quite nicely, giving the idea of a coherent service offering by us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? Some of the website integration is not as pretty or user friendly as it could be. This makes the initial booking process a bit more laborious than it could be.
