Overall: We moved to Cloudtheapp from a homegrown QMS system, the move made a huge difference for end-users in terms of usability and accessibility of the system since it is on the Cloud. We were able to easily map our existing implementation to out of the box Modules offered by Cloudtheapp on their own store. We deployed Quality Issues, CAPA, Complaints. Additionally, we were able to develop one of the internal processes using designer the same way we were able to write the SOP, no technical people needed. Pros: Easy to use, nice user interface, accessible everywhere, analytics tool built-in to the system, ability to move configuration automatically from Dev to QA to Prod, very configurable solutions. Integration with suppliers is seamless and does not cost extra in terms of user licenses. Cons: We hope to see more and more out-of-the-box solutions implemented on this nice platform (not necessarily around Quality and Compliance). This platform could be a one-stop-shop for all departments in an organization in the future. The great thing is that we can still use designer to implement many of the internal processes using designer replacing more home grown/legacy systems.
