I've been with Rose Hosting about 5 years now. Always prompt customer support, usually a task completed within 15 minutes of my request. Very knowledgeable. I know the value of good hosting, as I've been through several providers (and for several years managed a dedicated rack in a co-lo datacenter) within the last 18 years. They are there when you need them, hands off when you don't. Its rare that I post reviews for any service, but I made an exception here. I agree with the positive commenters on this board. I think its the best value in on-demand managed hosting there is.
