Pros: How quickly we can gain insight into our sales data. Cons: We would like to offer this to more of our employees, but the cost is making it hard for us to justify. Recommendations to other buyers: Know your data and the structure of your current ERP's database. Some features that Phocas can offer may not work for you because your system is lacking data that is needed for a particular function or feature.
