We aren't utilizing the tool to it's fullest potential for proposal management, but I am hopeful that we will have more adoption and will be utilizing the tool to its fullest potential in the near future. #1 is the customer support from Qorus. I tell everyone who asks about our use of Qorus Hub and our previous use of Qorus Breeze that I have never worked with a vendor that was as responsive to our needs as Qorus. You are unmatched in this area. I also love how easy the tool is to use. Your ease of integration with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint make using the tool as simple as can be. The only con is that at times some of our users have difficulty locating content, but that may be more on the sheer volume of content we maintain in the tool. The simplicity of use. The Add in features with Word and Excel. The openness and responsiveness of the staff. Qvidian had horrible customer support and their proposal automation features were incredibly cumbersome and difficult to use.
