A quick shout out to the folks at Chetu, and in particular the team "assigned" to walk alongside us as we work to improve our Salesforce implementation here at our company. We have been working with Chetu for these improvements since November 2019, and the process overall has been very smooth. Chetu has worked on 2 projects with us so far, each of which were to assist with the management of our business processes, such as customizations for our aviation student-trainer class schedules, trainer hours including payroll, etc., and a tighter "API centric" integration of our SAP Litmos LMS learning management system with Salesforce, in order to automate some of those processes. I would definitely consider Chetu a "force multiplier" helping me better use my development/management experience. We use Salesforce as our principal CRM, client scheduling and employee payroll platform, and having Chetu assist with making all these tools better has been invaluable.
