Pros - Genius has a comprehensive suite of modules that include data collection for time keeping, Estimating and Sales, Inventory Management, Accounting, and up to (but not including) Payroll. Genius is a Canadian based company that provides on site or remote support. Cons - The training requirements are intensive, give the comprehensive capabilities of the software Comments - We have had a very good experience with Genius, starting at the evaluation, through implementation, and the learning. We have not completed a final cutover but are planning to do so in 3 months.
