Most cloud desktop platforms fall apart the moment you push them outside their happy path. Hyperion Cloud has earned my trust precisely because it handled the weird stuff better than I expected. Odd printer mappings through a VPN, a legacy app that refused to run under anything less than a specific DirectX version, a user who kept joining sessions from a tablet with a broken certificate chain. Each of those took some digging, but Hyperion's support team worked through them with me rather than bouncing me to documentation that didn't apply.
Two years in, running this for a small crew of eight, and the only real frustration is around session persistence when network quality drops suddenly. Reconnecting is usually fine, but a couple of edge cases involving a user on satellite internet caused saved state to behave unpredictably. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know going in. Everything else, the provisioning speed, the granular access controls, the browser-based client that actually works, earns every bit of the rating I'm giving it.
