The lead tracking pipeline is what pulled me in and kept me here. Customer service surprised me too. I had a question about a custom field setup and someone picked up the phone on the second ring. Actual human, no hold music, no ticket queue. At ten dollars a month I keep waiting for the catch. So far there isn't one.
